Cheltenham House Prices
The Land Registry of the United Kingdom has announced that house prices in England and Wales are 15.1% lower than a year ago. In the period from December 2008 to the end of January 2009, prices had dropped 0.8%.
Drop in Housing Prices
The news comes after the UK housing prices had a 21 month period of successive growth. However, January marked the 17th consecutive month that the UK housing market has been in decline.
